Vicknings chips är nog det bästa chipset, men för att få en extra njutning så kan man använda vilken dipp som helst från Estrella. Man kan naturligtvis äta dom precis som dom är, chipsen är kraftfulla i händerna och en sprödig känsla i munnen.

Dom har hittat en nyare teknik när dom gör chipsen och dom skivar chipsen mycket tunnare och har skalet på. Allt detta gör att chipsen blir mycket godare och krispiga.

Vicknings chips are probably the best chips, but to get extra pleasure, you can use any dip from Estrella. You can, of course, eat them just as they are. The chips are powerful in the hands and a crispy feeling in the mouth.

They have found a newer technology when they making the chips, and they slice the chips much thinner and have the shells on. All this makes the chips much tastier and crispier.

Estrellas chips är inte gjorda av vilken potatis som helst. Estrella odlar speciellt utvalda potatissorter. Några av sorterna som används är Lady Rosetta, Lady Claire, Lady Britta, Kiebitz, och Arsenal. Potatisarna växer ute på åkrar, men viktigast av allt: de ger extra goda chips!

Estrella har egna kontrakterade potatisodlare i Halland och Skåne som alla är IP-certifierade. Detta innebär att odlarna följer ett regelverk för miljö och livsmedelssäkerhet, och att de granskas av oberoende part. Efter skörd lagras potatisen i vårt moderna lager i Kistinge. Här förvaras potatisen i en kontrollerad miljö för att behålla kvaliteten och bli till så goda chips som möjligt.

Den svenska potatisen kommer till Estrellas fabrik i Angered i fina Estrella-lastbilar, och de danska potatisarna via Öresund eller med färja.Till deras chips använder dom en unik blandning av solrosolja och rapsolja, med lika bra fettsammansättning som olivolja, och med helt fantastisk smak förstås. På Estrella kontrollerar dom kvaliteten noga i varje steg. Friteringen ska ske i exakt rätt temperatur, det ska kryddas precis lagom, och gröna eller missfärgade chips plockas bort. Till sist hamnar våra chips i butiken. Du kan välja om det är kryddiga, salta, finräfflade, grovräfflade, släta, tunna eller knapriga chips som får följa med dig hem.

Estrella chips are not made of any potato. Estrella grows specially selected potato varieties. Some of the sort used are Lady Rosetta, Lady Claire, Lady Britta, Kiebitz, and Arsenal. The potatoes grow on the fields, but most importantly: they provide extra good chips!

Estrella has its own contracted potato growers in Halland and Skåne, all of which are IP-certified. That means that the growers follow a regulatory framework for the environment and food safety and that they are stored in their modern warehouses in Kistinge. Here the potatoes are stored in a controlled environment in order to maintain the quality and to make as good chips as possible.

The Swedish potatoes arrive at Estrellaś factory in Angered in fine Estrella trucks, and the Danish potatoes via the Öresund or by ferry. For their chips, they use a unique blend of sunflower oil and rapeseed oil, with as good fat composition as olive oil, and with absolutely fantastic taste, of course. At Estrella, they carefully control the quality every step of the way. The frying should take place at exactly the right temperature it should be, seasoned just right, and green or discolored chips are removed. In the end, the chips end up in the store. You can choose between spicy, salty, fine-grained, coarsely grooved, smooth, thin or crunchy chips that can accompany you home.

Potatisarna växer på potatisodlarnas åkrar och får sin näring från solen och regnet. Och viktigast av allt, de ger extra goda chips! Dom köper även in potatis från andra länder, främst Danmark, självklart med samma kvalitet. Efter skörd lagras potatisen i Estrellas moderna lager i Kistinge. Där förvaras potatisen i en kontrollerad miljö för att behålla kvaliteten och bli till så goda chips som möjligt.

The potatoes grow on the growers’ fields and get their nutrition from the sun and rain. And most importantly they provide extra good chips! They also buy potatoes from other countries, mainly Denmark, of course with the same quality. After harvesting, the potatoes is stored in Etrellaś modern warehouse in Kistinge. There, the potatoes are stored in a controlled environment in order to maintain the quality and to make as good chips as possible.
