Lens chips with onion and sour cream are healthier chip that has 13% protein and 40% less fat but is super good and tastes like regular chips. They are crispy and wavy so if you want to dip them into the slots.

Linschips med ramslök och gräddfil är ett nyttigare chips som har 13% protein och 40% mindre fett men är supergoda och smakar som vanliga chips. Dom är krispiga och är vågiga så om man vill ha dipp till så fastnar den i skårorna.

Process till slutprodukt / The process to a final product

OLW:s potatoes are refined and harvested by selected growers around southern Sweden. OLW:S founders place very high demands on the growers and the quality of the potatoes in order to make the very finest and tastiest chips. After the harvest, their potatoes are in OLW:S own potato warehouse, which is located in Skåne, in the south part of Sweden called Nöbbelöv. The product contains milk.

OLW:S potatis renodlas och skördas av utvalda odlare runt om i södra sverige. OLW:s grundare ställer mycket höga krav på odlarna och potatisens kvalité för att kunna göra de allra finaste och godaste chipsen. Efter skörden lagras deras potatisar i OLW:s egna potatislager som finns i skåne,som ligger i södra delen av Sverige i en stad som heter Nöbbelöv. Produkten innehåller mjölk.

Väder och klimat / Weather and Climate

Weather and even the climate play a big role in their raw materials, it sometimes happens that OLW:s own potato warehouse is not enough. The extremely dry and hot summer, for example, gave them difficult conditions for their potatoes. For shorter periods they need to buy potatoes from other countries, for example from Denmark and Germany. Of course, they impose the same high-quality standards on the potato, no matter where it comes from.

Väder och även klimatet spelar en stor roll för deras råvaror, det händer ibland att OLW:s egna potatislager inte räcker till. Den extrema torra och varma sommaren gav dom till exempel svåra förhållanden till deras potatisar. Under kortare perioder behöver dom köpa in potatis från andra länder, exempelvis från Danmark och Tyskland. Naturligtvis ställer dom samma höga kvalitetskrav på potatisen oavsett vart den kommer ifrån.
